The Valley of the Giants Retreat
Energy Work Above the Arctic Circle August 25–30 2025

Welcome to a unique retreat in Abisko, where we will work with powerful energies and the mythical giants. At Lapporten, one of the most powerful energy portals in the North with access to crystalline frequencies, new worlds open up and we walk through parallel timelines. We will work with the energies of the UNESCO World Heritage site Laponia, reach the mountain Keiron (Giron), a sacred mountain associated with the Creation Power of the giants. Here, we will access the raw, creative energy that will support our inner work and transformation.

We will start our retreat with the feminine primal force of Mount Noulja. Half godess and half giant she merges the worlds as she watches over Abisko and us. Noulja keeps us grounded and balanced as we open ourselves to the power of the wilderness. From Noulja, we can see the galactic gate of Lapporten and Mount Keiron. After a grounding and activating day with Noulja, we will start our hike toward Keiron, our main destination for this retreat, and to do so we will spend three days among the mountains as we hike the trail of Kungsleden, engaging in energy work and ceremonies.

We will stay for three nights at Abisko Mountain Lodge, enjoying delicious two-course dinners and comfortable accommodation. After this, we will continue to the Abiskojaure mountain huts, where we will live close to nature under simple conditions. This retreat is for those who wish to be deeply rooted in nature while engaging in inner and planetary energy work in an environment that strengthens, transforms, and reshapes. Join us on a journey where myths and energies intertwine to support Mother Earth and our own inner journey and growth with the primal force of the Creation of Earth.

Meet your host

Hello and welcome! My name is Joanna, and I am a tantra therapist and an Andean shamanic practitioner. For me, everything is energy, and how we choose to work with it will shape our reality. We are just a mere reflection of the Earth. Over the past years, I have regularly journeyed to Abisko, a place where I draw strength, inspiration, and gain profound spiritual insights. The air here is crisp, the water clear and bubbling, and the veil between worlds is so thin that we can feel and even see the spirit world and different timelines.

Abisko holds a special power, and it is in these majestic mountains that the energy of the Earth speaks to the heart. In shamanism, the mountains are seen as the bearers of wisdom, the great medicine men, and the sacred masculine. It is through connecting with these snow-capped peaks that we are able to access wisdom from the stars with greater ease. In nature we have the Ñustas, the goddess energies, in the water, in the Earth, in the trees and I experience that the ñusta energy of Laponia is something special. This retreat will hold a merging of the feminine and the masculine.

Now, I am inviting you to join me in a retreat amidst this wild, beautiful, and raw nature – just as Mother Earth is in her full, untamed glory. Together, we will connect with the energies of the land, heal, and open ourselves to the wisdom that resides within.
